Digital Products (Ebooks & Guides)
All digital products sold through Finjour — including ebooks, guides, templates, and downloadable resources — are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed.
If you experience any technical issues with accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at info@finjour.ai and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Consulting & Advisory Services
For consulting and advisory services, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled engagement. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled engagement are non-refundable.
If Finjour cancels or is unable to deliver a scheduled service, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Payment Failures & Duplicate Charges
If you are charged but do not receive your product or service, or if you are charged multiple times for the same transaction, please contact us immediately at info@finjour.ai with your order ID and payment details. We will investigate and process a refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges within 5-7 business days.

- Order ID
- Email address used during purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
